The best investment for keeping your front-line employees engaged is to develop their leaders.
75% of Americans say their boss is the most stressful part of their day. With employee engagement trending down in the US and the “Great Resignation” impacting company performance, leadership development is now imperative. Providing learning and development opportunities at all levels fosters engagement, attracts and retains talent.
PATH courses build individual and team leadership skills that keep your company – and your career—on track.
